How do I check the status of my order?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by logging into your online account.

Your order can have one of the following order statuses:

  • Taken: We have received your order and it will be prepared for shipping soon. If there is a balance on your order, please be sure to contact us. Please be aware of our cancellation and return policies.
  • Shipped: Your order has been labeled and shipped. You should receive a confirmation email if you provided an email address.
  • Back-Ordered: Your order has been placed on back-order because a product is out of stock. As soon as stock is received, we will ship your order. Be sure to check back often for an updated status.
  • Canceled: Your order has been canceled. If this was in error, please contact us.
