- Check the tracking number of your package through your online account.
- Copy and paste the tracking number into your browser to review details.
- Tracking details will appear in your search results and should indicate the shipper (FedEx, USPS, UPS).
Tracking numbers from each shipper start with different numbers. For quick reference please refer to the following:
- FedEx: 107 or 6129
- USPS: 94
- International: UA or LZ
- UPS: 1Z
If your package tracking indicates “Delivered,” but you have not received it.
Please ensure you've checked all the places your package could have been left, including outdoor spaces like porches and garages, as well as with neighbors who may have accepted it on your behalf.
Should the package still be lost you can proceed to file a claim. Each shipper has a different process, but you can find a quick reference to each listed below.
FedEx
Request a trace or investigation on the package
- Contact FedEx at 1.800.463.3339
- Have your tracking number ready
- Say “representative” through the first couple of prompts to speak to a representative
USPS
Email a Service Request to your local Post Office
- If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, click here to start a service request by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up.
- You will receive a confirmation number and contact within 2-3 business days from USPS. Click here for more information.
- USPS recommends signing up for Informed Delivery® notifications by USPS® which offers a digital preview of your mail and the ability to manage your packages scheduled to arrive.

UPS
File a Claim
- You can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time.
- After submitting your claim, you'll be updated regularly on its status via your preferred communication method or by logging into your UPS account.
- UPS recommends UPS My Choice® to track your packages.
