How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

ONS cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel your order once you have submitted it.

To request changes to your order, including cancellation, you must contact ONS Customer Relations at 866-257-4667, option 2, immediately after placing your order. If you’re unable to cancel your order, you can return your purchase by mail. For more information on returns, please see our Return Policy.
