What if my package arrives damaged?

Examine your package thoroughly. Take photos to document the condition of the package when it arrives. Open your package immediately to see if the product inside was damaged. If so, take photos of the damaged product. Be sure to hold onto the packing list and return form included with your package.


Contact us by email within three (3) days of receiving a damaged item. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damages to help expedite your replacement request.


Once your photos have been reviewed, we will notify you of tracking information for your replacement item(s). You should expect to receive your package in five (5) to seven (7) business days.
