What if a part of my order is missing?

If your order arrives and something appears to be missing, don’t panic! Simply check your account online to see if something was placed on backorder.

In the event your item is not on backorder, please contact us by email immediately. Include your order number and a description of the missing item(s). Include photos of the item(s) received and the packing slip. All of this will help us expedite and resolve the situation.

Once we have this information, we will investigate your order with our Fulfillment Center within three (3) business days.

If we confirm the missing item(s), we will contact you on how to proceed. Your options include:

  • Request a refund, or
  • Ship the correct item(s) via our Standard shipping method.
