What if I receive the wrong product?

First and foremost, we apologize; we do make mistakes.


Contact us by email as soon as you notice the incorrect product. Include your order number, the item(s) you ordered, and what you received instead. Include photos of the items(s) and the packing slip. All of this will help us expedite and resolve the situation.


Once we have this information, we will investigate your order with our Fulfillment Center within three (3) business days.

We may request the incorrect product(s) be returned to us and will email you a return label with instructions. If a return label is emailed to you, please return the incorrect product(s) within seven (7) days after receipt of the return label or you may be charged.


If we confirm the shipment of the incorrect product(s), we will contact you on how to proceed. Your options include:

  • Request a refund, or
  • Ship the correct item(s) via our Standard shipping method.
