If you encounter technical or system issues related to your course, you are required to formally report the issue within 30 days following your course expiration date. Requests submitted within the reporting period will be investigated and the results of that investigation will be provided within 3 business days.
To submit a course grievance, please email help@ons.org, with your full name, ONS ID, name of course, and description of your grievance. While we strive to address all concerns fairly and consistently, outcomes may vary depending on the specifics of each case.
