Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your online course registration, you must notify ONS within 30 days of registration and prior to accessing the course. Send your request to help@ons.org or select "Submit a Ticket" in the ONS Help Center. ONS will provide a monetary refund equal to the cost of the online course registration minus a 30% cancellation fee.
- When using a voucher, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. The cancellation/refund less 30% does not apply when using a voucher.
Transfers
Transfers are not permitted for online courses.
