ONS sends courtesy renewal notices via email 90 days prior to provider card expiration. In order to receive the notice, you must be subscribed to ONS emails.
You can manage your email preferences by clicking “Unsubscribe or Manage Your Preferences” at the bottom of any email you receive from ONS.
That link will take you to a page where you can check the boxes for the emails you wish to receive. Your email preference options include: Your Membership, ONS Weekly Update, ONS Voice, Advocacy News, ONS News, Volunteer News, Events and Conferences, Journals, Student News and Information, Certification, Oncology Nursing Foundation, Nursing Education, and Third-Party Emails. If the box is not checked, you will not receive those emails. Your email preferences can be updated at any time.
To update your email address associated with your ONS account, please email help@ons.org for further assistance. You may also click on "Submit a Ticket" at the top right side of this page to place a ticket to ONS Customer Relations.
