My provider card is expired. Can I still take the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Renewal™ Course?

ONS offers a 30-day grace period following the expiration of your provider card. During that time, a $35 late fee will be added to your registration cost.

If your provider card has been expired for greater than 30 days, you are no longer eligible for the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Renewal™ Course. To renew your card, you are required to register for and successfully complete the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate™ Course.

ONS reserves the right to deny registration to the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Renewal™ Course based on provider card expiration date. If you are past your 30-day grace period due to an extended leave of absence from work, you are welcome to send supporting documentation to ONS Customer Relations for further consideration.
