My provider card has expired. What happens now?

  • If your provider card has expired, you may still be eligible to renew through the ONS/ONCC® Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Renewal™ course if you register within 30 days of your expiration date. To support learners during the transition to the redesigned renewal course, ONS will waive the usual $35 late registration fee from December 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027.
  • If your provider card has been expired for more than 30 days, you are no longer eligible to renew through the renewal course. You must instead complete the ONS/ONCC® Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate™ course to regain a valid provider card status.
