Claims for missing issues must be filed within 45 days for domestic recipients and 60 days for international recipients, beginning from the 15th day of the month of the issue being claimed. If claims are submitted outside of the designated period, replacement issues can be purchased for $10 for domestic subscribers and $25 for international subscribers, plus postage, by contacting ONS Customer Relations at email@example.com or 866-257-4667, option 2. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5 pm EST.
ONS reserves the right to review and approve all claim requests. ONS is unable to extend or refund part of a subscription for a missing issue.
