You can check on the status of your order at any time by logging into your online account.
Your order can have one of the following order statuses:
- Taken: We have received your order and it will be prepared for shipping soon. If there is a balance on your order, please be sure to contact us. Please be aware of our cancellation and return policies.
- Shipped: Your order has been labeled and shipped. You should receive a confirmation email if you provided an email address.
- Back-Ordered: Your order has been placed on back-order because a product is out of stock. As soon as stock is received, we will ship your order. Be sure to check back often for an updated status.
- Canceled: Your order has been canceled. If this was in error, please contact us.
