Membership is non-refundable. This applies to chapter membership purchases, too. However, members can transfer their chapter membership mid-year. To do so, please contact ONS Customer Relations at help@ons.org or by phone at 1-866-257-4667, option 2.
What if I join a chapter, but then decide prior to my paid through date that I no longer wish to be a member of that chapter?
