Transfer: This is an on-demand course that provides the registrant up to three months to access the course from the time of redemption. Transfers do not apply. To request an extension, contact help@ons.org or select "Submit a request" in the ONS Help Center.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your course registration, prior to accessing the course, contact help@ons.org or select "Submit a request" in the ONS Help Center. No refunds or exchanges will be issued when using a voucher.
ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Renewal Course
Transfer: This is an on-demand course that provides the registrant up to six months to access the course from the time of redemption. Transfers do not apply. To request an extension, contact help@ons.org or select "Submit a request" in the ONS Help Center.
Please note: A late fee of $35 will be incurred if a request is received within 30 days following the expiration date of the ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card. If the request is received after the 30-day grace period following the ONS Provider expiration date, the individual will not be granted additional time and is required to enroll in the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Course to renew ONS Provider Status.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your course registration, at least two business days before the start of the course, notify ONS at help@ons.org or via "Submit a request" in the ONS Help Center. When using a voucher, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Standard ONS Online Courses
