To place a voucher order, please select "Submit a request" in the Help Center and select "Voucher Request Form" from the drop-down menu. This form ensures that we have all necessary information to process your request.
We require the following to proceed.
- Name(s) of course(s) and quantity of vouchers for each course.
- Name and address of your institution.
- Name, email, and phone number of the primary contact for the order. The primary contact will be the individual the vouchers are sent to. This individual will control the voucher distribution and have the authority to make adjustments to purchased vouchers (e.g., voucher resets, transfer). If additional contacts are provided, please state their purpose (e.g., purchasing contact, interim primary contact).
