New ONS customers must first create an ONS profile at https://profile.ons.org. Returning ONS customers should use their existing profile.
- Login at http://esource.ons.org/vouchers/redeemvoucher.aspx using your ONS profile. Your username is the email address listed on your account.
- After logging in, enter your 9-digit voucher number in the box provided, including the hyphens.
- A list of available items will appear. Select the item you wish to add to your shopping cart and click "Add to Cart." You will not be charged for this item.
- Click "Proceed With Checkout."
- Enter or select a shipping address. ONS will save this information for future purchases.
- Your order is not yet complete. You will see an order review page. Confirm that the information is correct. Under the order details, please select an answer for the “Please tell us how you heard about this product/service” question.
- Click "Place Your Order." You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Note. Do not use your web browser's back button during the process of using the voucher, as it will invalidate the voucher.
If you do not receive email confirmation within 24 hours, contact ONS Customer Relations at email@example.com or at 866-257-4667, option 2. You can also reach us by selecting "Submit a request" within the ONS Help Center. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5 pm EST.
If a voucher is unused by its expiration date, a refund will not be issued.
