You can update your name by logging into your ONS profile. (Your username is the email address associated with your account.)
Or, you can contact ONS Customer Relations make the change for you. When contacting us, please send us the name currently listed on your ONS account, as well as your new name. This ensures that we can easily find your record.
ONS Customer Relations is available at email@example.com or at 866-257-4667, option 2. You can also reach us by selecting "Submit a request" within the ONS Help Center. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5 pm EST.
