How do I change my name with ONS?

To update your name, begin by logging into your ONS account with your username (the email address associated with your account). Select Update Contact Information to update your name. 

Alternatively, you can contact ONS and we’ll make the change for you. ONS Customer Relations is available at help@ons.org or 866-257-4667, option 2. You can also reach us by selecting "Submit a request" within the ONS Help Center. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5 pm EST.  

If you send this request via email or web, be sure to include the name currently listed on your account as well as your new name.
