My certificate and/or provider card expired. What do I do now?

Current provider card holders are given a 30-day grace period to register once their certificate and provider card has expired. During that grace period, individuals are eligible to register for the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Renewal Course. However, a late fee of $35.00 will be added to the cost of the registration.

Should one’s provider card be expired longer than 30 days, they will be required to register for the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Course and complete its course requirements to earn a valid provider status.

Keep in mind, the 30-day grace period is solely for registration purposes. A provider status expiration on any previously earned status is not extended during this time frame.
